Form M6 - FPE 2012 New Products Zone

The New Products Zone is located at the show entrance and gives visitors the chance to see the latest industry products and innovations. It is the visitor's first stop on entering the exhibition and a valuable tool in helping them to decide whose stand to visit first.

New products are shown in display cases, and as an exhibitor at Finished Products Expo 2012, you are able to display a maximum of 2 products per company within the showcases. These products must have been developed or launched in the past 12 months. In addition, there will also be a New Products Brochure made available at the show for visitors to take with them and these products will also be listed on the Finished Products Expo website.

The cost to display your products within the area is €100 per product.

 To register your products, please add a description of them in the box(es) below (25 WORD MAXIMUM)

 You must send a high resolution version of your logo (at least 500KB) and your high resolution product images to anne-marie.mcgregor@informa.com

New Products Zone Notes:

Please be aware of the following:

  • The €100 fee is per product.

  • Costs mentioned do not included Swiss VAT @ 8%

  • Your product sample must be delivered to the Organisers Office no later than 4pm on Monday 21 May.

  • The organisers will not be responsible for the return of samples. Samples should be collected at the end of the show by 4.30pm or they will be immediately disposed of by the organisers.

  • Exhibitors will not be allowed to place or move the products within the display cases. Only the organisers will be able to do this, and will have final say on where a product is displayed.

  • Display cases will be locked at all times after 10am on Tuesday 22 May, until 4.00pm on Thursday 24 May. If you need to replace products etc, please visit the Organiser’s Office, where somebody will be able to help you.

  • Any forms that arrive after the deadline may not be included within the printed guide, therefore if you wish to be included, it is very important that you return the form on time.

  • The €100 plus VAT fee will either be added to your existing booking, and billed on your next invoice, or a separate invoice will be issued, depending on when the form is returned.
